Parking Passes

Our office is happy to be able to offer discounted parking for those visiting campus for community-engaged research, education, or service partnerships.

What is Community Engagement?
Community engagement (CE) at McMaster University is defined as: valuing the expert knowledge and passion that members of the community (both local and global) have about their communities and issues affecting them.

Please note:

  • We ask that you submit your request a minimum of 5 business days in advance.
  • Parking passes are non-refundable. Please ensure you order only the amount of passes required for your event.
  • If there are more than 50 participants at a time for your event, please reach out to the Parking office directly (parking@mcmaster.ca) so that they can plan accordingly for lot availability.
  • Discount passes are not to be used for McMaster employees.
Please ensure your chartfield is formatted in the following manner: MAC01-Fund-Account- Dept-Program / For research projects that don't have a program number, please ensure the chartfield is formatted in the following manner: MAC01-Fund-Account-Department-PC Business Unit-Project
