Community Partner Research Shop Request Form

Enter your organization
Enter your phone number
Note: the resource can be found in the Community Partners tab on the Research Shop page on our website.
What is it you need to know? If you need help refining your research question, please review the "Turning Ideas into Research Questions" resource in the Community Partners Tab on the Research Shop page on our website.
Will the information be used in funding applications, to inform program development, to raise awareness, etc.?
Who is the report intended for? For example, will it be used as an internal document, or will you be sharing with a broad group of stakeholders?
Please indicate what methods you think will be part of your project, e.g., review of academic research, interviews, surveys, etc., and why. If you’re unsure, please skip this question.
The Research Shop works on a semester-based schedule, so we look for projects that can be completed within the Fall term (September to December), Winter term (January to April), or Summer term (May to July). With this in mind, by what date would you, ideally, like to receive the research findings?
